Sign-up Parties are a fun way to connect with your St. Martin’s community while supporting the school at the same time! These parties are hosted by parents who come up with a theme, time, and location – fellow St. Martin’s parents sign up for a set fee (i.e., $25, $30, etc. pending the type of party) and the proceeds go directly to the school. Consider co-hosting with other parents to share the work and costs.

Get creative!

Party ideas for adults: dinners, cocktail parties, cooking classes, guided art tours, learning a craft, local area field/day trip. Beer-bike progressive party! Summer Reading List with local bookstore owner! It can be as simple as breakfast and a morning hike!

Party ideas for kids (options include by grade-level or division): sports parties, bowling, cooking/baking lessons, arts & crafts, tea or gingerbread house parties, movies nights, and more!

Sign-Up Parties initially become available during the auction and are open until they fill up or until the event date. Parties will take place anytime between May 2025 and December 2025. If you can host just one fun event – big or small – it would add so much to our community!

Examples of Previously Hosted Parties: 1) Mega Dodgeball Party for K and 3rd Grade; 2) After-School Kickball & Pizza for Grades 2-5; 3) 8th Grade End-of-Summer Reunion Party; 4) Yoga Party.
