The inspiration for this year's artwork comes from the thought that like our students, every grain of sand is unique; they are a product of their environment and history.
There are no two grains of sand alike in the world. Every grain of sand is coming from somewhere and going somewhere. They're like a snapshot in time - before they are shaped and changed.
St. Martin’s is like a jar of sand with its student representing each grain. At St. Martin’s students are encouraged to maintain their unique personalities as they are polished into precious pearls.
